May 2007 is already (with a few days to go) our busiest month for Instant Messaging (IM) at the level 1 desk in the James Joyce Library since we started IM in 2006. We have had 34 IMs so far this month alone (just beating November 2006 and March 2007). We have already had more IMs in the first few months of 2007 than we did in all of 2006. Thanks to all in Reader Services for their involvement in our IM pilot.
